Prices and Payment.
All prices on babycloud.dk are in DKK and includes VAT. We accept payments with Visa and Mastercard. The amount will only be deducted when the goods are shipped and there can never deducted a larger amount than what you have approved upon purchase. Baby Cloud cannot be held accountable for price errors or if products are sold out. We reserve the right to change the prices without notice.
Delivery.
Baby Cloud strives to process and ship orders as soon as possible on all weekdays, with the exception of public bank holidays. We deliver your package to your home address or parcel shop within 2-5 business days. We offer delivery with GLS and the freight price will depend on the chosen solution. Delivery time abroad varies according to available shipping provider and chosen country but is typically delivered within 2-10 business days.
Returns and cancellation.
Baby Cloud allow customers to cancel and return any purchases within 2 weeks. The right to cancel a purchase expires 14 days after the day you receive your goods. You must then send the unused goods back within 14 days of informing us of this. The notice of cancellation must be given as a written statement by mail at info@babycloud.dk before returning the goods. All costs associated with returning goods are the customers own responsibility and they are required to return the goods in a suitable packaging and are NOT allowed to place return labels directly on the original packaging. Please note that you cannot cancel your purchase by refusing to receive the parcel, in this case all return expenses will be deducted before refunding your payment.

You will only be liable for any deterioration in the value of the product due to handling other than that necessary to determine the nature of the goods, the properties and the way it operates. In other words, you can try the item as if you were trying it in a physical store. If the item has been tested in addition to that described above, it is considered used. Which means that upon cancellation of the purchase you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the merchandise’s commercial value at the time of receipt – of the return. In order to receive the entire purchase amount, you must therefore try the product without using it.
Legal Guarantee.
Baby Cloud offers 2 years guarantee against material and production defects on all products sold. Baby Cloud cannot be held accountable for neglect and abnormal wear and tear or unauthorized alteration of the product by the user or a third party. The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear and does not include expenses in connection with a complaint. You can either get the item repaired, replacement, money refund or a price reduction, depending on the specific circumstances. You are required to inform us within reasonable time after identifying defects/errors. When you return the goods please make sure to send us a written statement info@babycloud.dk that describes the issue in details. If a claim for faulty goods is accepted, Baby Cloud will refund shipping cost equal to the cheapest option available.

Responsibility.
Baby Cloud is not responsible for any delay or failure to comply with the agreement due to force majeure. If a force majeure situation exists, we are exempt from fulfilling our obligations. In the event of liability, all claims for damages are limited to an amount equal to the price of the item you have purchased.

information is registered with baby Cloud ApS and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.
When collecting personal information’s through our website, we ensure that it happens by submitting your explicit consent so that you are informed exactly what information is being collected and why. Baby Cloud ApS employees have access to your registered information. As a registered Baby Cloud ApS customer, you have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to know what information’s is registered about you. The Personal Data Act gives you these rights, and inquiries in connection with this must be directed to us via email info@babycloud.dk.
