Information we collect
If you want to purchase and receive a product from us, we need to collect certain personal data in order to complete the transaction and to offer you our services. We can use cookies to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart while using our webshop.
We can obtain information such as name, e-mail address, postal address, delivery address (if it varies by postal address), phone number and payment information.
Baby Cloud collects and process your personal data when you do the following:

Treatment basis and purpose
We collect your regular contact information, such as name and address, in order to deliver the product, you have purchased. We will collect your email address in order to send you an order confirmation and a delivery confirmation.
When you pay for your product, we collect your name, card details and IP address. The information collected in connection with the payment transaction is used and stored only for payment settlement and fulfilment of the agreement. When making payments, some of your data will be passed on to DIBS Payment Services A/S, incl. information’s needed to complete or support the payment, such as the total purchase amount and billing information.
If you have given us your consent during the registration process or on our website, we will use your e-mail address to send out our newsletters. You can subscribe and unsubscribe at any time from the newsletters. All newsletters also contain a link to unsubscribe. If the processing of personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to revoke the consent at any time.
If you do not want to disclose the personal data required to purchase a product, you will not be able to purchase products from us through our website.
Your information’s (except your email address, if you have consented to its processing for the purpose of receiving offers) will be deleted 5 years after you receive your goods.
Other recipients of personal data
We do not sell your personal data to any third parties and we do not transfer your personal data to any third countries.
We host our website at one.com and payment system through DIBS Payment Services A/S, who acts as our data processor. Any personal data you provide on our site will be stored in one.com’s data centres.
We use external companies as suppliers to deliver our goods. These external vendors are data processors and, in some cases, process personal data in connection with their provision of services. Our data processors only process personal data according to our instructions and in accordance with the statutory requirements for data processors.
We have entered into data processing agreements with our data processors, which is our guarantee that they comply with applicable rules on the protection of your personal data.
Your rights
As the data subject, you have several rights that we must always ensure fulfilled. You have the right to request us the following:
